bungalow owned by the above charity. To qualify the
successful applicant will be a 'poor person' who is a
mariner, former mariner or the widow or widower of a
mariner who is an inhabitant of the Borough of Boston.
An applicant in receipt of means tested benefits is
likely to qualify as a 'poor person'. All written
